ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This AUP applies to all Authorized Users and Clients. It is incorporated by reference into the Master Intelligence Agreement. By using the platform, you are bound by these rules. Arccore LLC is located at 8 The Green, Suite G, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

1. PERMITTED USE

Use the Intelligence Platform for your own internal business risk management and operational planning. Review and analyze Signals relevant to your business. Configure your account and delivery settings.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

2.1. Competitive Misuse and IP Violations

  • Do not use our Signals, data, or analytical methods to build, train, or improve a competing product or service.
  • Do not redistribute, resell, publish, or syndicate Signals to third parties without our express written permission.
  • Do not systematically and intentionally feed our Signal content into any machine learning, large language model, or AI training pipeline for the purpose of building a competing product. Incidental processing by AI tools used for your own internal operations does not constitute a violation of this provision.

2.2. Technical Abuse

  • Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated bots to access the platform beyond designated APIs.
  • Do not probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities.
  • Do not introduce malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
  • Do not attempt to access other clients' accounts or data.

2.3. Account Misuse

  • Do not share credentials with non-Authorized Users.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits.
  • Do not register with false information or impersonate any person or entity.

2.4. Illegal Use

  • Do not use the platform to violate any applicable law.
  • Do not use Signals in connection with securities fraud, insider trading, market manipulation, harassment, or OFAC-prohibited activity.
  • Do not use Intelligence Signals or Enforcement Events data as a factor in any decision governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including decisions regarding credit, insurance, employment, or similar eligibility determinations.

2.5. Misrepresentation

  • Do not represent our Signals as legal advice, compliance certification, or professional advisory output.
  • Do not falsely claim or imply affiliation between Arccore LLC and any Covered Platform.
  • Do not strip, obscure, or alter our disclaimers or proprietary notices from Signals before internal circulation.

3. ENFORCEMENT

3.1. Minor violations: written notice and 5 Business Days to cure before any account action.

3.2. Serious violations (particularly Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.4): immediate suspension or termination without notice or refund.

3.3. We may seek injunctive relief, pursue damages, or refer matters to law enforcement where warranted.

4. REPORTING

Report suspected violations to legal@platformpolicy.com.

5. CHANGES

We will provide at least 14 days' written notice before material changes to this AUP take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
