WHAT WE DO
PlatformPolicy is an early warning system. We monitor the public policy documentation of payment processors, marketplaces, app stores, and cloud platforms through official Monitoring Channels — the same newsletters, RSS feeds, and developer portals these platforms use to notify their own users. When we identify a Material Policy Change, we tell you: what changed, where to find it in the original document, and what the historical record of similar changes suggests about enforcement patterns. What we do not do: practice law, give compliance advice, predict enforcement outcomes, tell you what actions to take, or guarantee completeness.

Arccore LLC is not a law firm. No one at PlatformPolicy is your attorney. Using our service does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any professional advisory obligation of any kind.
Our Intelligence Signals describe what has changed in a platform's published policies and provide factual historical context to help you identify questions to raise with your own legal or compliance counsel. They do not tell you what your business should do, whether your practices comply with any policy, what contractual changes to make, or how any policy change applies to your specific situation. Every Signal is descriptive, not prescriptive.
Before making any business, legal, or compliance decision in response to anything we send you — consult a licensed attorney who can evaluate your specific circumstances. That is not a formality; it is the only way to get advice tailored to your situation.
WE DO NOT PREDICT ENFORCEMENT
We cannot tell you whether any platform will take action against your account, when enforcement might occur, or how it will unfold. Our historical context reflects documented past patterns — it does not forecast your future. Covered Platforms operate their own enforcement systems; we have no access to, influence over, or advance knowledge of those systems.
The value of PlatformPolicy is the window of time between a policy change's publication and the point at which enforcement becomes visible in the market. We give you that window. What you do with it is your decision, made with your own counsel.
NOT LIABLE FOR PLATFORM ACTIONS
Arccore LLC has no control over what Covered Platforms do. We are not responsible for: enforcement actions a platform takes regardless of whether we flagged the relevant change; a platform's failure to enforce a flagged change; inaccuracies in a platform's own published materials; or any revenue, fund, or account losses from a platform's decisions.
NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR DECISIONS
We are not liable for what you decide to do — or not do — after receiving a Signal. This includes: actions you take in response; opportunities you miss by not acting; misinterpretation of Signal content; delays in delivery; or decisions based on incomplete information because a change occurred through non-public channels we could not monitor. You own your decisions entirely.
COVERAGE LIMITATIONS
We monitor publicly available sources through official channels. We do not see: private correspondence between platforms and their merchants; internal enforcement playbooks; non-public regulatory proceedings; changes made through non-public channels; or verbal policy guidance. If a platform changes its policies through a channel we do not monitor, we may not detect it.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
We are not responsible for: errors in a Covered Platform's own published documents; retroactive changes a platform makes after we issue a Signal; discrepancies between published policies and actual enforcement behavior; or platform actions inconsistent with the platform's own rules.
CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER
We may revise this Disclaimer. We will provide at least 14 days' written notice by email and site posting before any material revision takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a material revision, cancel before it takes effect.
SURVIVAL
This Disclaimer survives termination of your Subscription and all related agreements with Arccore LLC indefinitely.
