LEGAL PROCESS & SUBPOENA POLICY
Effective Date: April 1, 2026 Last Updated: April 1, 2026
Arccore LLC is located at 8 The Green, Suite G, Dover, DE 19901, United States.
1. SCOPE
This Policy applies to all requests for data from: law enforcement (federal, state, local); courts (subpoenas, warrants, court orders); civil litigants; regulatory agencies; and any other source of compulsory legal process — including requests from Covered Platforms.
2. DEFAULT: CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat all account information, coverage preferences, Signal history, and Client Risk Profile Information as confidential. We will not voluntarily disclose any of it to any third party — including Covered Platforms — without valid compulsory legal process or your express written consent.
3. VALID LEGAL PROCESS REQUIRED
To compel disclosure, process must be legally valid and issued by a body with competent jurisdiction over Arccore LLC:
- Law enforcement: valid subpoena, court order, or search warrant.
- Civil litigants: proper subpoena under applicable civil procedure rules, served on our Delaware registered agent.
- Regulators: lawful administrative subpoena or formal investigative demand.
Informal requests, emails, phone calls, and requests for "voluntary cooperation" do not qualify. We will not comply with them.
4. NOTICE TO CLIENTS
Unless explicitly prohibited by law, court order, or gag order, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you before complying with any demand for your data, typically providing 7 days' advance notice to allow you to seek a protective order or take other legal steps. If notification is legally restricted, we will notify you once the restriction is lifted.
5. OUR RIGHT TO CHALLENGE
If we determine a request is overbroad, procedurally deficient, or outside the issuing body's jurisdiction, we reserve the right to challenge or narrow it. We are under no obligation to initiate costly legal challenges on your behalf.
6. COST REIMBURSEMENT
If Arccore LLC is required to respond to a civil subpoena arising from a dispute to which you are a party and we are not, you agree to reimburse our reasonable administrative and legal costs of responding. We will notify you of estimated costs before incurring them where practicable.
7. MINIMUM DISCLOSURE
When legally compelled, we disclose only the specific data strictly required by the binding legal process. We do not over-produce.
8. TRANSPARENCY AND GOVERNMENT REQUESTS
We are committed to transparency. We will publish an annual transparency report detailing the number and types of legal process requests received, to the extent we are legally permitted to do so. Publication may be delayed or omitted for specific requests if required by a sealed order, gag order, National Security Letter, FISA court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits disclosure. Where we are legally prohibited from including certain requests in our transparency report, we will note the existence of such legal restrictions without identifying the specific matter.
Warrant Canary: As of April 1, 2026, Arccore LLC has not received any National Security Letters, FISA court orders, or other classified government demands accompanied by a non-disclosure obligation. We maintain this statement voluntarily. We note that the legal implications of warrant canaries remain unsettled; this statement should not be construed as a legal guarantee of any kind. We review and reissue this statement on a quarterly basis (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year). If this statement is not updated on or shortly after a scheduled date, it should not automatically be interpreted as confirmation or denial of any government demand — technical delays may affect publication timing. The most current version of this statement is always available at platformpolicy.com/legal/transparency.
9. COVERED PLATFORM REQUESTS
We apply these same standards to legal process initiated by Covered Platforms. We will not voluntarily reveal that you are our client or disclose your coverage preferences to any Covered Platform without valid compulsory process.
10. HOW TO SERVE PROCESS
Valid service must be executed on our Delaware registered agent (see Delaware Division of Corporations records) or by certified mail to: Arccore LLC, 8 The Green, Suite G, Dover, DE 19901. Email is not accepted as valid service of process.
