DATA HANDLING POLICY

Effective Date: April 1, 2026 Last Updated: April 1, 2026

Arccore LLC | privacy@platformpolicy.com | 8 The Green, Suite G, Dover, DE 19901, United States

1. WHAT WE WORK WITH

We work with publicly available policy documentation published by Covered Platforms: terms of service, acceptable use policies, restricted-category lists, enforcement-related announcements, and similar materials. We access these through official Monitoring Channels as described in MIA §§ 1.6 and 2.1. We detect changes, assess enforcement relevance, and deliver structured Intelligence Signals. We do not need access to your accounts, systems, or business data to perform this service.

2. WHAT WE DO NOT TOUCH

PlatformPolicy does not access, request, or process:

  • Your payment or transaction data
  • Your customers' personal information (PII)
  • Your account credentials, API keys, or activity logs on any Covered Platform
  • Any non-public, confidential, or proprietary data held by any platform about your business
  • Your internal business systems, databases, or operational data

There are no API connections between our infrastructure and your payment accounts. There are no integrations with your internal systems. Your operational data never enters our infrastructure.

3. THE SEPARATION PRINCIPLE

PlatformPolicy sits entirely outside your operational stack. It reads what platforms publish publicly, and that is the extent of it. It is not a payment processor, data aggregator, or compliance tool. It is an early warning system for enforcement risk, designed with zero connection to your operational environment. This is not incidental to how we work — it is the design principle.

3.1. ACCIDENTAL SUBMISSION OF SENSITIVE DATA

Our platform is not designed to receive, process, or store your operational data, including API keys, payment credentials, customer personal information, or platform account details. You agree not to submit such data through any PlatformPolicy channel — including support tickets, feedback forms, dashboard fields, or email correspondence.

If you inadvertently transmit such data, notify us immediately at privacy@platformpolicy.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and securely delete such data within 5 Business Days of notification and confirm deletion in writing. Arccore LLC assumes no liability for any inadvertently submitted operational data, except to the extent such data was obtained through gross negligence or willful misconduct of Arccore LLC. You are solely responsible for ensuring such data is not submitted to our platform.

4. OUR DATA PRINCIPLES

  • Minimum collection: we collect only what is necessary to run the service.
  • Purpose limitation: we use data to detect policy changes and deliver Signals.
  • No profiling or resale: we do not build behavioral profiles of clients and do not sell, rent, or trade data.
  • Signal over storage: we extract relevant signals from public sources and minimize retention of raw data.
  • Transparency: our AI and automated systems are described in Privacy Policy §8 and MIA §2.5.

5. SURVIVAL

These commitments remain in effect after your Subscription ends. Any data retained post-termination under Privacy Policy retention schedules remains subject to this Policy.
